Welcome to the very first post on Expect to Thrive!

Honestly, getting ready for today is like getting ready for an amazing adventure.

Figuring out what we need and don't need, where we're going and what's it going to be like when we're there. I’m excited, and nervous at the very same time.

I’m ready, but seriously, are we really ready when we do something new. Sometimes, you just have to take a leap of faith and go for it.

So here I go! Thank you so much for coming with me!!

I have a vision for Expect to Thrive but like every good vision, I expect that things won’t always go according to plan and they’ll be speed bumps and detours along the way.

I take a no-nonsense, easy-peasy, practical approach to health and wellness in an way that is easy to understand and easy to apply to your life so you can get well, feel better, and have the overall health (physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually) that you want to have and that you’ve dreamed and hoped of having.

I believe with my whole heart that you can have the life and health you desire.

I don’t believe it’s an accident that you’re here. I believe that you’re ready to take charge of your health!

I'm here to help you!
