Mushroom Gravy Everyone Will Love
This gravy is simple to make and comes together in just minutes yet tastes gourmet enough to be served on any occasion.
2 cups chopped mushrooms
1 tbsp dried chopped onion or ½ an onion
½ - 1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried Italian seasoning (not ground)
2 cups vegetable broth
2-3 tsp soya sauce
2 tbsp cornstarch
½ cup water
Sauté mushrooms until it desired doneness. Stir in onion, garlic powder, smoked paprika and Italian seasoning and sauté for another minute. Add in vegetable broth and soya sauce and let simmer for a few minutes—mix cornstarch and water. Add bit by bit to gravy until it’s nice and thick.
