From My Heart to Yours
Hi, my name is Linda Chalmers.
I’ve been on a health and wellness journey since 2011. I struggled with stress, anxiety, obesity, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, little energy, digestion, exhausted and feeling under the weather a lot.
I was put on medication for high blood pressure. The Dr. wanted to put me on medication for high cholesterol too but I decided to deal with it on my own.
I adopted a whole food, plant-based way of eating, started to walk, and changed a lot of bad eating habits and created better habits. It didn’t take long before I started to feel better. My Dr. was surprised at how quickly my health numbers changed and he asked me how I did it. When I told him I how I was eating he told me to keep on doing what I was doing.
I’m healthy and I feel amazing! I no longer struggle with food-related illnesses. I’m passionate about helping others on their own journey to wellness.

We will stretch and support you to reach the goals that you set for yourself. We are your biggest cheerleaders and your accountability partner with a little kick in the butt when needed.
